Foreign Citizens Training

The development of international relations, the existing positive experience in training foreign rescuers, as well as the dynamically developing educational, material and sports base allowed the Center to obtain the status of the basic organization of the CIS member States for training personnel in the field of emergency prevention and response. After joining the Institute as a branch of the civil protection University of the Ministry of emergency situations of Belarus in 2016, this status was transferred to the University."


Since 2003, the Center has trained more than 5,700 foreign specialists from 61 countries, including the Republic of Turkey and the Republic of Iraq.

 

On April 23-27, 2019, the 8th International emergency response training school of the Belarusian red cross society was held at the IRTcentre. Together with Belarusian volunteers, it was attended by volunteers, speakers and experts from Italy, Russia and Ukraine.
