About the participation of Ambassador Anatoli Glaz in the International Istanbul Yarn Fair

On 26-27 March 2026, Ambassador of Belarus to Türkiye Anatoli Glaz took part in the 22nd International Istanbul Yarn Fair. The event featured leading enterprises of the Belarusian petrochemical industry within the joint stand of the Belneftekhim Concern. Among them were OJSC Naftan, a major producer of petrochemical products, including polyacrylonitrile fibers, OJSC Polotsk-Steklovolokno, one of the leading fiberglass manufacturers in the CIS, as well as Khimvolokno Plant of OJSC Grodno Azot.
For reference. The Istanbul Yarn Fair brings together more than 500 companies, over 16,000 specialists and representatives of industry manufacturers presenting a wide range of yarn and raw materials. Owing to its broad audience of professional visitors from Europe, Asia and the Balkans, the fair is regarded as a major international meeting platform for manufacturers. This year, representatives from around 80 countries are taking part in the event.
During his work at the exhibition, Ambassador Anatoli Glaz held a number of business meetings, negotiations and B2B sessions with representatives of regional industry companies and foreign partners, and also discussed with exporters and importers plans to supply Belarusian products to the Turkish market this year.
The Ambassador presented diplomas of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry to the Belarusian exhibitors for their active participation in the exhibition and for promoting Belarusian products in Türkiye.
