On Condolences of Ambassador V. Rybak on the tragic events in the Russian Federation

On March 25, 2024, H.E. Viktar Rybak, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Türkiye paid a visit to the Embassy of the Russian Federation and left an entry in the book of condolences in connection with the numerous human casualties as a result of the terrorist attack in the Moscow region.

On behalf of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Türkiye and on his own behalf, His Excellency Ambassador V.Rybak expressed deep condolences to the families and relatives of the victims, wished a speedy recovery to those who were injured and got psychological injuries.

In particular, the condolence says: “We took with deep pain the tragic news about the monstrous terrorist act that took place in Krasnogorsk in the Crocus City Hall, which caused numerous human casualties among peaceful innocent people. Among the dead was one citizen of the Republic of Belarus.

May the souls of the dead rest in peace. There are no excuses for this brutal murder. In these difficult moments, we are together with brotherly Russian people!”.
