About the visit of the Ambassador of Belarus V. Rybak to Iraq

On May 22, 2023 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Türkiye and the Republic of Iraq concurrently, Victor Rybak met with the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Iraq, Fuad Hussein in Baghdad (Republic of Iraq). The parties discussed issues of the bilateral agenda and stressed the importance of organizing next political consultations at the level of deputy foreign ministers of Belarus and Iraq in Minsk.

On the same day, the Ambassador V. Rybak met with the leadership of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Iraq.

On May 23, 2023 the head of the Belarusian diplomatic mission held meetings with the President of the Supreme Judicial Council of Iraq Fayek Zidan and the Legal Adviser of the Office of the Prime Minister of Iraq Othman S. Al-Aboudi and discussed consular issues.
