Ambassador of Belarus met with the Head of the Council of Higher Education of Turkey

Ambassador of Belarus to Turkey Victor Rybak met with the Head of the Higher Education Council of the Republic of Turkey Yekta Sarach on April 15, 2021.
For reference: The Head of the Higher Education Council Y.Sarach paid a visit to the Republic of Belarus in October 2019. During the visit, the first Forum of higher education institutions of Belarus and Turkey was held and a bilateral program of cooperation in the field of higher education for 2020-2021 was signed.
There are currently 60 direct cooperation agreements between higher education institutions in Belarus and Turkey.
During the meeting V.Rybak and Y.Sarach discussed the organization of the return visit of the delegation of Belarusian educational institutions headed by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.
It is planned to combine this visit with the participation of Belarusian institutions in the International Exhibition of Foreign Languages and Summer Schools, scheduled for May 18-24 this year in the cities of Ankara, Istanbul and Izmir.
Within the framework of the visit, the possibility of holding a second Forum of higher education institutions in Belarus and Turkey is being considered.
